Michael Wayland is Professor of Business at Methodist University.  Professor Wayland specializes in business strategy, business leadership, emotional intelligence, mediation, and negotiation. In addition to teaching, Professor Wayland is a mediator and consults with businesses, non profit organizations, and churches in the area of strategy development, and Professor Wayland also mediates with small business, family businesses, and individual families, at time of divorce through Christian Divorce Services.
